Welcome to Knott's Berry Farm! Once an actual berry farm in the heart of southern California, Knott's is now one of the leading theme parks in the country. With its 160 acres of world-class rides, fantastic family shows and unique attractions, Knott's Berry Farm should be on your list of "must see" attractions when visiting sunny southern California. For those who have never been able to wander around the farm, here is a bit of insight for you. The farm was founded in 1920 as an actual berry farm, and by 1940 was not only serving hot dinners, but had its first attraction "Ghost Town". Today Knott's Berry Farm is the second largest attraction in Orange County and is a local historical site.

Today's Knott's Berry Farm boasts over 30 rides, over 25 dining options and 30+ shopping opportunities, along with the shows and attractions that you have come to love from Knott's. Most of the original feel of Knott's can still be felt in Ghost Town, the first of the themed areas within the park. The old west seems to come alive with the thrills and excitement from the daily Wild West Stunt Show, laughs at the Calico Saloon, watching an actual blacksmith create his goods and the all time favorite, panning for gold. Yes, you can pan for actual gold (a small fee is required) in an old mining sluice box. This is a great way for your kids to interact with others and a type of attraction that is very hard to some by at today's theme parks. A couple of other great rides here are the Jaguar® and Montezooma's Revenge, both of which offer family fun and a few thrills to boot.

Getting Here and Getting Around

From I-5 North:
Merge onto CA-91 West and take the 113c exit. Follow CA-39/Beach Blvd exit towards Buena Park. Take a left on Beach Blvd/CA-39s. Follow this to your destination at 8039 Beach Blvd.

From I-5 South:
Take the CA-39/Beach Blvd. Exit. Turn right onto Beach Blvd/CA-39s. Follow this to your destination at 8039 Beach Blvd.

Knott's Berry Farm Parking & Park Information

Free 3 hour Parking: Available for guests visiting the Chicken Dinner Restaurant, Knott's California MarketPlace and Independence Hall ( no park admission required ).

Regular Parking Rates: Autos - $9.00, Busses & RV's - 15.00

Lockers: Lockers are available for a nominal rental fee inside the park in the Wild Water Wilderness area and Ghost Town. Suitcase size lockers are also available.

Information Center: Knott's Guest Services provides a variety of services to Guests including: Lost and Found and a variety of visitor information services are available through the Information Center located at the Grand Entrance.

Strollers and Wheelchairs: Single and double-seat strollers, manual wheelchairs and battery-powered wheelchairs are available inside Ghost Town next to the Geode Shop. Rentals are on a first-come, first served basis for a minimal daily charge, plus deposit. Quantities are limited. (Electric wheelchairs can be reserved in advance.

Ride Restrictions: For the safety of all park guests, all rides have rider height requirements based on the manufacturers' recommendations. Other appropriate safety requirements may also apply. Maximum recommended weight limits are posted at each ride, and all passengers restraint systems including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seat belts must be positioned and fastened properly to allow guests to ride. Ride height requirements along with maximum recommend weight limits are posted at each ride unit.
