Dining/Restaurants

Miami has a strong Cuban influence and Little Havana has lots of culinary experiences that are memorable and diverse. Roasted pork marinated in mojo sauce or chicken infused with garlic and sour orange are just a couple of local favorites. The dining and entertainment complex at Karu and Y is located west of downtown and features high culture cuisine with a Spanish twist. South Beach is a great place for casual fare and to dine alfresco. Eateries shaded by umbrellas and palm trees make it the coolest place for any meal of the day. If you’re visiting the University of Miami, try the bistros of Coral Gables for a quieter charm and European flair.
