Spring Food Festivals

Spring is right around the corner, and that means longer days, warmer weather, flowers blooming, and of course FOOD FESTIVALS!

Food festivals have become a staple in theme parks and attractions in their off-peak seasons, and allow the culinary staff to show off their creative skills, and showcase key ingredients, regions, and elevated bites that are coordinated with unusual combinations, unique presentations and sometimes drink pairings. From sweet to savory, from smooth to spicy, and everything in between, there is something for everyone.

The food festivals continue to grow and get more creative each year, and 2022 is no exception! You can taste the highlights of California grown products, global cuisine, or the power of a tiny purple berry that led to more than a century of family-fun. DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE® FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL – Now-APRIL 26! Visit Disney California Adventure® Food & Wine Festival, March 4 through April 26, 2022, at Disney California Adventure® Park to take your taste buds on a tour of California. The Knott’s Boysenberry Festival is an annual food-inspired event that celebrates the park’s historical roots by highlighting the little berry that started it all, the boysenberry. The springtime celebration features new and returning boysenberry-inspired creations crafted by the Knott’s culinary team. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a tantalizing lineup of dishes that can only be found at Knott’s in the spring. In addition to the tantalizing lineup of unique food and drink offerings, the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival offers a wide selection of daily entertainment, live music and fun activities for guests of all ages to enjoy.
