From ghostly decorations to special character meet and greets, find out about all the unique opportunities for Halloween fun this from now until October 31st at LEGOLAND® Florida and LEGOLAND® California.
The Park Is Decorated for the Occasion!
Thousands of smiling jack-o-lanterns adorn the park, lighting up at night to add a fun Halloween glow in the autumn night. The spookiness spreads even further as you’ll be sure to see glistening cobwebs hanging in every crevice and corner of the park.
Rides that have indoor lines will also feature their share of spine-chilling décor, making waiting for your favorite roller coaster a little more fun! Beware, as there are a number of Halloween creatures and monsters on the loose in the park. Keep your eyes peeled, and you might catch sight of Lord Vampyre or a lumbering Mummy. Their buddies will be close by as well!
Dancing skeletons make your bones shake, but they are just there for a fun time as well. Other park-goers will be dressed up too, so do not be afraid to get in on the fun yourself. You can keep the monsters off your back by becoming one! Bring your Halloween costume to the park to get into the spirit of the season.
Halloween Merchandise
Keep a lookout for special Halloween-themed LEGO® sets and merchandise at the park stores. The Be-a-Minifigure costume shop will be open and offering the chance to get in on the spooky action. Don’t have a Halloween costume yet? No worries! Grab a LEGO® Frankenstein or a snaggle-toothed LEGO® Witch costume.
Annual pass holders will have the opportunity to pick up exclusive Brick-or-Treat candy tote bags. As you visit different areas of the park, scooping up as much candy as possible, you will definitely want something to carry all your sweet treasures. Special Halloween Dining Options
Dining options at LEGOLAND® are getting a spooky twist as well. For those with a sweet tooth, the Market Coffee shop offers Candy Crypt Cannoli. It comes packed full of Halloween candy and a sumptuous ricotta chocolate chip filling.
Boo-Berry Dessert Pizza is a seasonal dessert pizza that is crafted to delight amidst the frights. The pizza is topped with yummy blueberry jam, Nutella, and strawberries.
Is your stomach craving something with a delicious flaky crust and a pumpkin flavor? Look no further than the Pumpkin Pie Éclair. This fine pastry is covered with inviting fudge and filled with a sweet pumpkin pie filling that captures that autumn feeling.
Looking for snack on-the-go? Mummy’s Snack Mix will hit the spot, so you won’t have to slow down during your LEGOLAND® Halloween journey. Salty popcorn pairs perfectly with sugary sweet candy.
Featured at all carts around the park, vendors will be selling delightful Spooky Kooky Churros. These are a tasty Halloween twist on the classic treat with a colorful cinnamon and sugar topping.
Brick-or-Treat Trails
You know the best part of Halloween is the candy, and luckily at LEGOLAND®, there are plenty of opportunities to snatch up as much candy as possible. On the special Brick-or-Treat candy trails, kids 12 and under will go trick-or-treating to their heart’s content. You will also notice special candy stations scattered all around the park for the chance to pick up some extra treats on the go.
Character Experiences
Meet and greet your favorite monstrous LEGO® characters with these unique Halloween character experiences. Run into the big green Minifigure Rock and Roll Frankenstein, or cackle along with the mischievous LEGO® Witch. Other hair-raisingly fun characters include LEGO® Mad Scientist, Scarecrow, Lord Vampyre, Spider-Lady, and the wrapped up wonder himself, LEGO® Mummy.
Special Halloween Events
During the Halloween season, there are plenty of fun activities and events to get into during your time between going on the epic rides at the park.
Building activities abound! You will have the opportunity to construct your very own LEGO® jack-o-lantern to show your festive spirit. Brave builders can create their very own LEGO® spider for Fun Town’s web.
From 10 am to 4 pm you can help the park’s very own Master Model Builders construct a giant LEGO® Scarecrow. Let’s hope it will keep away any birds from all your candy!
Park-goers will also have the chance to participate in the LEGO® Candy Corn Scavenger Hunt. There will be disguised and concealed LEGO® candy corn scattered all over the Mini-land section of the park. LEGOLAND® also offers a unique opportunity to fill out a scavenger hunt form which you can submit for a chance to win a special prize package. Do you think you can find them all?
The LEGO® competition build offers young builders a chance to put their construction skills to the test. Enter the competition and build something spooky to fit the Halloween theme. The winner of the competition will receive a pack filled with a special LEGO® prize.
Feeling particularly artsy? Help build a spooky LEGO® Halloween mosaic. Brick by brick, you will put together a ghostly masterpiece.
Brick-or-Treat Party Nights
Tickets for Brick-or-Treat party nights are available on the 19th, 20th, 26th, and 27th at LEGOLAND® Florida and on the 19th and 26th at LEGOLAND® California. Come for special live events like the Groovin’ Graveyard or bust a move during the Monster Bash dance party. End the festivities with a bang starting at 8 pm with a fireworks show. Watch as dazzling bricks explode into the sky during this colorful spectacle.
